Hi! We are, a B2B consulting company based in South Florida on a mission to help accounting, tax, and financial consulting businesses grow. Since 2016, we have gone from 1 to 4,500 tax & accounting firms and growing. We have grown from 3 team members to 30 in the last 11 months!

We are RELENTLESSLY focused on our customers and making their businesses EXPLODE. To do that, we’ve got to have a CRAZY good team of ninjas ready to swoop in and make a major difference in their lives.

The Business Consultant is responsible for strategizing with prospects in starting and growing their accounting businesses. You will be connecting with prospects who are existing firm owners and entrepreneurs looking for a new business opportunity. Many of these meetings will be directly set on your calendar from our marketing channels. We have thousands of new customers each month that you will be working with and helping them ascend up our value ladder. Our products are designed to get our customers RESULTS. No needing to hard sell some dream and feel like your product is a scam. We have very clear expectations so you will know where you stand at all times.


  • Learn our selling methodology and customers (if you think you know everything about sales you probably aren't a good fit)
  • Understand and adhere to our sales process and presentation
  • Take sales calls with prospects and existing customers and strategize with them on starting or growing an accounting business
  • Attend weekly meetings with the sales team for training opportunities
  • Learn the strategies we teach our customers regarding client acquisition, ascension, retention
  • Document all interactions with prospects and clients in our CRM in a format that is understandable and visible to all employees
  • Allow the Business Consultant Manager to shadow calls and give feedback
  • Available most days from 8:30am-5:30 pm local time to take calls
  • Use both internal and external resources to maintain up to date knowledge of our products and industry


  • A close rate of 20% of pitches is maintained
  • All prospects are properly moved in the sales pipeline and information is documented on client details so customer service staff has proper expectations
  • Sales stats are accurately reported by daily by EOD
  • There is an effective line of communication between the S3 Sales Rep and the Business Consultant Manager in which all necessary information is communicated in a timely manner
  • Remain well versed in the latest AccountingTax product offerings through continued education / trainings
  • All prospect and client interactions are properly documented by EOD


  • Able to adapt to changes quickly
  • Good over the Phone/Zoom
  • Experience with B to B Sales (1+ years)
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills, both written and verbal

Client Success Manager

Job Description

We are a startup with a proven method to help accounting and tax professionals transform their financial lives and the lives of their clients. We are looking to expand our Client Success team and are looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) who possesses a strong drive for results and is a self-starter. Duties for the CSM will include a broad range of tasks such as on-boarding and training clients, maintaining ongoing client relationships, implementing strategies and tactics provided in our curriculum, and minimizing churn. You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.

Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new tools, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal CSM should proactively engage with clients, maximize value, be familiar with basic Facebook marketing practices, and create strategies to grow our customer base. If you are passionate about customer experiences, detail-oriented, and excited to roll up your sleeves to drive customer value, you may be just who we’re looking for.
